ServiceNow Developer

 

Location – This is a remote position requiring availability in Pacific Daylight Time (GMT-7)

Duration- Short Term Contract with a possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.

 

Position Overview:

Our client, a leading ServiceNow implementation partner and managed services provider, is seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer for a 3-month contract position with the potential for extension. This role requires working in Pacific Daylight Time (GMT-7). Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and rollout of end-to-end ServiceNow platforms.
  • Develop and manage Service Mapping, CSDM, and CMDB.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Build CDM or CSDM models for diverse customer bases.
  • Perform multiple API, plugin-based, and orchestration-based integrations between ServiceNow and other COTS products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to strategic platform customizations based on customer needs.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow updates and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Work independently and as part of a broader team in a virtual environment.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships, demonstrating the ability to influence and achieve project goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
  • Experience in ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow, including CMDB, Service Mapping, and ITAM.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications in ITSM and ITOM are preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
