Location – This is a remote position requiring availability in Pacific Daylight Time (GMT-7)

Duration- Short Term Contract with a possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.

Our client, a prominent ServiceNow implementation partner and managed services provider, is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect for a contract position with potential for extension. This remote role requires working in Pacific Daylight Time (GMT-7). Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and design scalable ServiceNow solutions. Create detailed technical designs that meet both immediate and long-term business needs, leveraging the full capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.

 

Technical Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on ServiceNow features, customization options, and best practices. Identify challenges and develop innovative solutions to address them.

 

Implementation Support: Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other teams to implement ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical oversight to ensure designs are executed accurately and effectively.

 

Integration and Automation: Design and manage the integration of ServiceNow with other systems, creating seamless workflows and automating business processes. Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms.

 

Project Management: Partner with project managers to keep projects on track, within scope, and on schedule. Communicate project status regularly to leadership and clients, supporting deployment registrations to maintain ServiceNow partner status.

 

Security and Compliance: Develop and enforce security plans to ensure all ServiceNow solutions comply with security best practices and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with security teams to implement robust security measures.

 

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and implementation guidelines. Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team and the broader practice.

 

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow advancements and industry trends. Continuously enhance your expertise to provide cutting-edge solutions.

 

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
  • Certified in three or more additional mainline certifications, such as:
  • CIS – Customer Service Management
  • CIS – IT Service Management
  • CIS – Discovery
  • CIS – Service Mapping
  • CIS – Software Asset Management
  • CIS – Hardware Asset Management
  • Hands-on experience in implementing or architecting 20 or more ServiceNow applications.
  • Extensive experience across various parts of the ServiceNow platform and integrating third-party technologies.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and other relevant languages.
  • Expertise in designing and leading complex solutions and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.
  • Excellent technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
