Role Overview: As an IT Recruitment Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy. Your responsibilities will include developing recruiting strategies, sourcing and interviewing qualified candidates, and onboarding new hires. Additionally, you’ll lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring they meet the organization’s recruitment goals.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to IT roles.
• Source and interview candidates for various positions.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment leadership.
